Cesar Kamel is the Managing Director of LEBC, with over 20 years of experience in forensic investigations, fraud fighting, and financial crime advisory. He specializes in supporting financial institutions and organizations in the detection, investigation, and prevention of fraud and financial crimes, including AML/CFT, internal investigations, sanctions compliance, anti-bribery and corruption frameworks, and suspicious activity reporting.
